The Government of Pakistan acknowledged the incorporation of Ballistics Electron Pvt. Ltd. Under Section 32 Companies Ordinance 84 on January 31, 1991 .
The Government of Punjab has also awarded a No Objection-Certificate (NOC) to the company to operate as private security agency in Punjab . Dealing 2100 and Ballistics Electron (Pvt.) Ltd. have merged services to combine their efforts for extended research and technology partnership under the flag of Dealing 2100 Ballistics Electron (Pvt.) Ltd.
